Refund policy

All of our Stamps are for use on properly cased vegetable leather. Stamping or pressing dry leather could result in damage. Orders can take as much as 10 to 14 days to ship.  Orders cannot be cancelled once work has started. No refunds on custom items. No refunds once proof image is approved. No refunds after 30 days. 

All our Brass Stamps are warrantied for life against manufacture defects in material and workmanship by free replacement. Misuse/Abuse is not covered under warranty.

It is our opinion that silhouettes don't make the best leather stamps. However, they are often requested. Our policy is that we will accept no complaints or returns/refunds on stamps that include a silhouette. All sales on stamps with silhouettes are final.
